PATHWAY Scholarship for Mathematics

The purpose of this scholarship is to help widen the pathway to graduation for students from middle income families who do not qualify for federal need-based aid and are ineligible for many of the government programs intended to help defray the costs of tuition and fees. Support from the Grand Valley community will impact the University’s highest priority and help students from middle income families to avoid indebtedness, achieve their goals, and become fully engaged citizens.

-Must be accepted and currently enrolled at GVSU
-Have earned a minimum of 55 credis
-Enrolled full or part time
-Must be majoring or minoring in Mathematics
-Making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships

Financial need will be demonstrated by the completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Renewal: This scholarship may be renewed without reapplication provided recipients continue to meet the criteria for a maximum of 4 semesters.
