This scholarship was established by an anonymous donor to make a Grand Valley State University education accessible to prospective students with the greatest financial obstacles to overcome. This families’ wishes are to assist a few deserving students from Kent County who demonstrate leadership through athletics, extracurricular activities or community service, with a four year scholarship. Although all students that meet the criteria will be considered, preference will be given to graduates of Lee High School in Wyoming, Michigan, in accordance with the donor’s wishes.
